My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were beautifully appointed and luxurious, exceeding our expectations and perfectly ready for me and my family. The modern and new design paid close attention to details and amenities that made our stay very comfortable. However, the service was a bit complicated, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we encountered a small issue that wasn't the hotel's fault. The location was marvelous, overlooking Green Park and within easy reach of the best bits of town. The dining experience was of a very high standard, with well-presented dishes, but the breakfast was extra and not worth the additional cost.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with lovely tea and coffee facilities available until 2.30 pm and serviced twice a day. The service is excellent, especially with staff like Philip Wollard, the duty manager, who ensures impeccable service. The location is quite ideal, close to many attractions and a short walk to the underground. The dining experience may seem a little sparse for a 5-star hotel, but the succulent organic chicken is a highlight. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor dining considerations.
